* informing creative concepts with audience insight and competitor behaviour
* setting objectives and associated channel/platform-specific KPIs
* campaign and content planning with particular attention to robust definition of campaign ecosystems
* drawing actionable insights from paid media, social media and website analytics reports
* running collaborative, discovery and training workshops with clients
